Who Can Apply

  • Must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board.
  • Must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Computer Application/Technical Vocational.
  • A minimum aggregate of 45% marks in these three subjects taken together (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates).
  • Must have passed English in the 10+2 examination with at least 30% marks.
  • Minimum age of 17 years as of December 31 of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit for most courses (Marine Engineering has an upper age limit of 25 years).
