Question 1

Where do your dates come from?

Accepted Answer

From the official notice or website of each exam and scholarship. Our team checks them against the official source before anything changes on the site.

Question 2

The official site shows a different date. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Tell us below. Add the link to the official notice if you have it. We check it and fix the page, and everyone tracking that exam gets the right reminder.

Question 3

I forgot my password

Accepted Answer

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. We email you a link to set a new one. It can take a minute or two to arrive.

Question 4

I signed up with Google

Accepted Answer

Choose “Continue with Google” on the sign-in page and pick the same Google account. There is no separate password for it.

Question 5

I want to change my name, email settings or delete my account

Accepted Answer

All of this is in Profile & settings once you are signed in.

Question 6
