All content on SahayakGPT including but not limited to the SahayakGPT™ trademark, logo, design, text, and software is the intellectual property of Swami Rutvik and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

SahayakGPT™ is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use of our trademark or logo is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Government Data

Examination dates, eligibility criteria, and other government information are sourced from public domain sources and remain the property of the respective government bodies.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform:

• We will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiation
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The seat of arbitration shall be Maharashtra, India
• The language of arbitration shall be English
